Pallets, Barrels, and Individual Locker Storage

• Here is a picture of a group of lockers without their doors.
• There  are enough lockers to hold over 25,000 individual bottles of 750 ml size which would not be in a crates or boxes but loose.
• The lockers when filled are enclosed by grading fronts and backs.  This allow for the proper temperature, humidity and of course it is still and dark in the cave.

• The pallets and barrels are stored on the bluestone slab floor and each barrel is custom fitted to a cradle.... so the wine can rest in peace...and be ready for your enjoyment.
